Terms of Service
Last updated: May 9, 2026. This template should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production use.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of WoPixel, marketplace projects, WoTrade packages, plugins, domains, account delivery, software configuration, support, and related services. By creating an account, placing an order, paying an invoice, using delivered access credentials, enabling plugins, or accessing any delivered workspace, you agree to these Terms and all linked policies.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, agency, client, team, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, "you" and "customer" refer to both you personally and the organization you represent.
2. Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for how they use any purchased project, plugin, domain, login, content, payment flow, trading interface, marketing page, user panel, admin panel, hosted workspace, or delivered software. We do not operate your business, manage your end users, approve your marketing, guarantee your claims, handle your customer relationships, or assume responsibility for your legal compliance.
You are responsible for all activity under your accounts, admin credentials, domains, servers, plugins, wallets, payment methods, staff accounts, and delivered software. If your staff, contractor, client, user, affiliate, advertiser, or third party misuses the platform, you remain responsible for that misuse.
3. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice
WoPixel, WoTrade, and related plugins are software products and service tools. They are not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, compliance advice, broker services, exchange services, custody services, banking services, or regulated financial services. You must obtain your own professional advice before operating any business that involves money, trading, investment, deposits, withdrawals, assets, user funds, financial claims, risk statements, or regulated activity.
You may not present the software as proof that you are licensed, regulated, endorsed, audited, guaranteed, or approved by us or by any public authority. You must not tell your users that we are responsible for your website, trades, returns, investment results, withdrawals, deposits, or business conduct.
4. No Illegal, Deceptive, or Harmful Use
You must not use the products or services for fraud, scams, impersonation, phishing, misleading investment claims, fake profit screenshots, fake testimonials, fake trading balances, false withdrawal promises, unlicensed financial activity, money laundering, credential theft, malware, spam, harassment, illegal gambling, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
You must not use our products to mislead users about risk, ownership, licensing, liquidity, trading results, withdrawal availability, business location, company identity, regulatory status, payment handling, or expected returns. If your business model requires licenses, disclosures, risk warnings, age checks, KYC, AML controls, consumer protection notices, tax registrations, or other compliance controls, you must obtain and maintain them yourself.
5. Complaints, Scam Reports, and Risk Signals
We may review, restrict, suspend, revoke, disable, or terminate your account, workspace, plugin access, license, domain support, handoff access, or future services if we receive complaints, scam reports, abuse reports, user reports, payment disputes, chargeback alerts, platform reports, regulator notices, law enforcement inquiries, hosting abuse notices, trademark complaints, impersonation claims, or other risk signals.
We do not need to prove a final legal judgment before taking protective action. If we reasonably believe continued access creates legal, reputational, payment, security, abuse, or third-party risk, we may act immediately and without prior notice.
6. Immediate Suspension or Revocation
We may suspend, revoke, disable, delete, or terminate access at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, provided false information, abused support, attempted to bypass restrictions, resold unauthorized access, shared licenses unlawfully, used prohibited content, or caused complaints or disputes.
Suspension or revocation may include disabling plugin verification, disabling purchase codes, removing delivered admin access, pausing handoff, refusing upgrades, blocking future purchases, disabling support, or refusing to provide credentials. You are responsible for backing up any information you need, subject to technical and legal limitations.
7. Orders, Delivery, and Handoff
After payment, we confirm your order and prepare the selected project, plugins, domain details, access credentials, and handoff information. Most workspaces are prepared within 24 hours, but timing can vary depending on payment status, manual review, domain availability, abuse screening, custom configuration, or support volume.
Delivery may include project access, admin URL, credentials, plugin access, purchase code, configuration notes, and related handoff details. You are responsible for changing passwords after handoff, securing accounts, controlling staff access, configuring your own legal pages, and maintaining your customer-facing business.
8. Customer Content and Public Claims
You are solely responsible for all text, images, logos, testimonials, claims, pricing, terms, privacy notices, risk disclosures, support responses, emails, domain names, brand names, landing pages, user dashboards, and other content used in your project. You must not use content that infringes intellectual property rights, impersonates another person or company, deceives users, or violates applicable law.
We may require you to remove or change content if it appears unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or likely to trigger complaints. Refusal to correct problematic content may result in suspension or termination.
9. Accounts, Credentials, and Security
You are responsible for keeping all credentials confidential. You must use strong passwords, restrict admin access, remove unused staff accounts, secure your email accounts, monitor activity, and notify us quickly if delivered credentials are compromised before you rotate them.
We are not responsible for losses, misuse, data exposure, account takeover, deleted content, user complaints, or business interruption caused by weak passwords, shared credentials, compromised devices, insecure email accounts, staff misuse, or third-party access after delivery.
10. Payments and Chargebacks
You agree to pay all applicable charges, fees, taxes, plugin costs, domain costs, renewal costs, and service charges. Unauthorized disputes, fraudulent chargebacks, or payment reversals may result in immediate suspension of accounts, plugin access, purchase codes, delivery, support, and future purchases.
If a payment provider, bank, processor, or payment network flags your order as high risk, reversed, unauthorized, fraudulent, or disputed, we may pause or revoke delivery until the issue is resolved.
11. No Warranty
The products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with all third-party services, suitable for a particular regulated business, immune from abuse complaints, or legally sufficient for your intended use.
You are responsible for testing the delivered project, reviewing configuration, adding your own policies, complying with applicable law, maintaining backups, and deciding whether the software is appropriate for your business.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, business interruption, reputational, regulatory, customer, third-party, chargeback, or enforcement damages arising from your purchase, business, users, website, marketing, transactions, or misuse of the software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase or service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim, excluding third-party fees, domain costs, processor fees, taxes, and amounts already spent on delivery.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the service provider, owners, staff, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates from claims, complaints, investigations, disputes, chargebacks, losses, penalties, costs, fees, and expenses arising from your website, business, content, end users, marketing, regulatory compliance, payment activity, customer disputes, or misuse of the software.
14. Third-Party Services and Providers
Some purchases may involve third-party hosting, domains, payment processors, email providers, analytics tools, APIs, plugins, libraries, wallets, blockchain networks, banks, or other external services. Those providers are independent from us and may have their own terms, fees, limits, suspensions, verification checks, outages, delays, or legal requirements.
We are not responsible for third-party downtime, blocked accounts, domain disputes, payment processor holds, network fees, API changes, rejected transactions, email deliverability, hosting abuse decisions, external security incidents, or policy enforcement by another provider. You must comply with all third-party terms that apply to your business.
15. License Scope and Plugin Access
Plugin access, purchase codes, license verification, add-ons, updates, and enabled features are provided only for the purchased account, project, domain, or package unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. You must not copy, resell, sublicense, share, lease, transfer, bypass, reverse engineer, remove license checks, or distribute plugin access outside the approved purchase scope.
We may disable plugin access if a payment is disputed, a purchase code is shared, a license appears copied, a domain is not authorized, the account is suspended, or the software is used in a way that violates these Terms. Feature availability may depend on package level, current license status, paid add-ons, and technical compatibility.
16. Updates, Maintenance, and Compatibility
We may provide updates, fixes, configuration changes, or compatibility work at our discretion. We do not guarantee that every version, plugin, theme, browser, server, payment method, domain, or third-party integration will remain compatible forever. Technical changes by third parties may require paid support, replacement services, or configuration changes.
You must not install unknown code, modify core files irresponsibly, expose credentials, remove security checks, or change server settings in a way that breaks the project and then claim a service failure. Custom modifications, external developers, unsupported plugins, and server changes may void support for the affected parts of the project.
17. Support Boundaries
Support may include reasonable help with delivery, access, purchased plugin activation, and reported defects in the delivered package. Support does not include operating your business, writing your legal documents, managing your users, handling your customer complaints, guaranteeing conversions, creating deceptive content, bypassing provider rules, or fixing damage caused by prohibited use.
We may refuse support for abusive messages, threats, illegal requests, excessive repeated requests, requests outside the purchased scope, unsupported customizations, unpaid work, or activity that creates legal, payment, security, or reputation risk.
18. Customer Legal Pages and Disclosures
Any legal templates, notices, policy pages, checkout text, risk language, or examples provided by us are general starting points only. They are not legal advice and may not satisfy the laws that apply to your country, users, product, marketing, payment methods, or regulated activity.
You must create, review, and maintain your own terms, privacy policy, refund policy, risk disclosures, cookie notices, age restrictions, compliance controls, and customer support rules for your website. You must not rely on our templates as proof that your business is lawful.
19. Evidence, Logs, and Dispute Records
We may keep records of orders, accepted policies, IP addresses, user agents, payment references, delivery states, handoff details, plugin verification, support messages, abuse reports, complaints, and enforcement decisions. These records may be used to process delivery, prevent abuse, answer chargebacks, investigate complaints, enforce terms, or protect legal rights.
If a dispute, complaint, chargeback, law enforcement request, platform report, or legal claim occurs, we may preserve relevant information even after account closure where permitted by law.
20. No Circumvention
You must not attempt to bypass licensing, payment requirements, plugin restrictions, account suspensions, abuse controls, verification checks, purchase limits, access blocks, security controls, or enforcement actions. You must not create new accounts, use different emails, use proxies, change domains, use another person, or move files to avoid restrictions.
Circumvention attempts may result in permanent termination, refusal of future purchases, loss of support, revoked licenses, and preservation of records for dispute or abuse handling.
21. Taxes, Local Laws, and Business Registration
You are responsible for any taxes, registrations, business permits, consumer notices, invoices to your own customers, accounting obligations, and local-law requirements connected to your business. We do not register your company, verify your tax status, provide accounting advice, or confirm that your business can legally operate in any country.
If your activity targets users in multiple countries, you must review the laws of each relevant location and implement the required controls before accepting users, payments, deposits, or personal information.
22. Force Majeure and Operational Delays
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including hosting outages, payment network delays, blockchain congestion, bank reviews, domain registrar issues, internet failures, provider suspensions, security incidents, legal requests, natural events, labor interruptions, or emergency maintenance.
23. Severability and Survival
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Sections relating to payment obligations, customer responsibility, prohibited use, suspension, evidence preservation, no warranty, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute records survive account closure or termination.
24. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms may be posted on this page and may apply to future purchases, renewals, plugin access, and continued service use. If you do not agree to updated terms, you must stop using the services and request closure where applicable.
